The Crispin comprises of the following:
- Upstairs: Master bedroom - with 6ft double bed, flat screen TV & freeview. Immediately next door is the family bathroom. The two other bedrooms are twin rooms.
- Downstairs: Entrance Hall with room for hanging coats and phone area. Open plan kitchen - through the back door there is an alleyway where wet-suits and washing can be hung to dry - Dining Hall, Sitting Room, Conservatory and Bedroom no. 4 with bunk beds - there is a shower room next door to bedroom no. 4
- The Dining Hall has French windows opening onto a large 'Delabole' slate terrace, with a large teak table & chairs for al fresco dining, and a secluded rear garden which is ideal for children.
- The house is well furnished, with pine furniture, tastefully decorated and, in our opinion, very comfortable.

The facilities comprise:
- Belling electric two-door cooker, dishwasher,
tumble dryer,
washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, Magi-mix, ironing
equipment, Flat Screen LCD TV & DVD, radio, gas boiler, immersion heater, electric heaters,
duvets, blankets and pillows, BBQ, table and chairs for the terrace and
ample parking.
- There is a telephone in the entrance hall and
another in the main
bedroom which tenants may use. An itemised bill will tally usage for
each tenant and they will be billed accordingly. Linen can be provided
for all beds at an additional charge.
